Made and written by Antonio Campos and Maggie Cohn, the stairs are the upcoming American crime drama which drains television miniseries. The event was based on the 2004 true crime documents with the same name made by Jean-Xavier De Lestrade.
As of March 31, 2021, it was announced that HBO Max has provided a limited series sequence project consisting of eight episodes, with Campos designated as Showrunner and Director of six episodes and Maggie American crime stories joined as writers, executive producers and co-showrunner.

Plot stairs and throw
When HBO Max first announced the stairs in March 2021, The Streamer described the limited series that will come as an exploration of American novelist life Michael Peterson, the North North Carolina family and mostly supportive, Kathleen in December 2001.
How many stories will be told throughout this series have not been revealed, but those who are familiar with this case and bends and their bends even after Peterson’s beliefs know how crazy this story is.
The main players include Colin Firth as Michael Peterson, Toni Collette as Kathleen Peterson, Rosemarie Dewitt as Candace Hunt Zamperini, Juliette Binoche as Sophie Brunet, Parker Posey as a Black Freda, Cullen Moss As Jim Hardin, Sophie Turner as Margaret Ratiff, Odessa Young Martha Ratliff and Patrick Schwarzenegger as Todd Peterson.
The players also included Dane Dehaan as Clayton Peterson, Olivia Dejonge as Caitlin Atwater, Michael Stuhlbarg as David Rudolf, Tim Guinee as Bill Peterson, Joel McKinnon Miller as Larry Pollard, Vincent Vermignon as Jean-Xavier and Frank Feys as Denis Poncet.
We will also see justice leaks as Tom Maher, Robert Crayton as Ron Guerette and Jim Rash as Duane Deaver in recurring roles.
Release date of stairs
On November 21, 2019, it was announced that Television Annapurna has officially projected projects and shopping projects to premium networks and streaming services.
However, there is no release date set for the miniseri, but HBO notes that it will prime in the spring of 2022.
