Marmaduke’s new animated film that displays the sound of J.K. Simmons, Pete Davidson, David Koechner, Shelby Young and Tania Gunadi headed to Netflix in certain areas including the United States and England on May 2022.
Manufactured by Andrews McMeel Entertainment and Legacy Classics, film features newly running on 88 minutes and seeing famous dog training for and finally competing in the Westminster championship.
This is the official synopsis of the upcoming film:
“Marmaduke symbolizes the overgrown Lapdog, with Iribible lines and hobbies because delinquency captures deep love and responsibility for his family. This time, he was involved with the world of elite dog events, dramatic diva, and funny competition.”
The film was based on the comic strip of the newspaper which took place between 1954 and now based on their big family and Dane named Marmaduke. It was made by Brad Anderson and continued to this day.
Comic routes have been adapted before in the form of a 2010 family comedy released by the 20th century fox. The film, which is a live-action adaptation, featuring Talent Owen Wilson, Emma Stone, and George Lopez.
Film animation features were initially expected to be released in 2020 but were pushed back due to global pandemics. Now, Marmaduke appears to arrive at Netflix (as Netflix Original) in several countries including the United States and England on May 6, 2022. The film is also expected to receive theater releases in certain areas as well.

Who voiced Marmaduke?
SNL Star Pete Davidson led the players voicing the role of Marmaduke’s titular.
J.K. Simmons (Whiplash, Spider-Man) plays the role of Zeus, David Koechner (Anchorman, Office) plays Phil, Shelby Young Voices Shantrelle, Julie Nathanson (Great Pretender) Dottie’s voice, and Erin Fitzgerald (Ask a Storybots) of Barbara’s voice.
Other voices you will hear include Tania Gunadi, Stephen Stanton, Brian Hull, Andrew Morgado, and Terri Douglas.
The Legacy Classics website also stated that the television series by IP was also in development. Whether it’s head to Netflix like the film is now unclear even though it is estimated that this film is the first part of the “Marmaduke brand back launch, with more films, TV series and merchandise planned.”
