Even though Jon Rahm currently lives in the United States, he doesn’t always stay there. He was born in Europe, more specifically in Barri, Spain, but moved to America before he began to study. He moved to the US to attend Arizona State University, where he was a member of the golf team and won a total of 11 tournaments. This is the time Jon Rahm started to make a name for himself in the golf world.
In 2014 he won first place in the Eisenhower trophy edition. One of its biggest achievements is that he managed to stay on a list of amateur golf for a total of 60 weeks.
He won two consecutive Ben Hogan Awards, something that had never been done before. It was in 2015 and 2016.
After that, in 2016 Jon Rah decided to go to professional golf. The first event where he competed as a professional golfer was a quick national loan. He is third in the tournament.
